Feet have a tough job, everyday, they bear body weight while walking, running and jumping. It is not a surprise that, over the course of life, much wear and tear can happen.

In Chinese Medicine, there are six meridians that meet in each foot. Kidney channel starts from the bottom of the feet, so feet are energetically connected with most major internal organs as well as the brain.
When there is trouble with feet, life becomes very difficult in many ways. So we need to take care of our feet the same way we care for our hands.
At end of each day, soak feet in warm water for 15-20 minutes. It is a great way to care for our feet. After soaking, dry the feet, put moisturizer on and gently massage entire foot, and press acupuncture points.
