- Pain, swelling and limited range of motion after fresh injury of Neck, Back, Shoulder, Knee, Ankle (no fracture and no torn ligaments).
- Ongoing neck and back pain, stiffness without injury which may be related to posture, sitting habit, too much computer use, arthritis, degenerated changes of joints etc.
- Acute joints pain due to flare up of existing arthritis or old injury.
- Intense muscle and joints pain after period of stress or long hour work or heavy workout.
- Tension headache or migraine with very stiff neck.
- 7-10 days after major surgery and 3-5 days after minor surgery, to help heal faster.
- 5-10 days after cortisone shots, if pain did not improve as much as desired.
